Accessing your account |
How do I access and/or change my account information?
Login to your account using the login just to the left of this text. Once logged in, you will see a button labeled "Account Options". Click on this button to see and change any of the available options.

Is PictureShare.net storing my credit card information
somewhere?
No, we do not store credit card information. This is why we require your credit card information when processing refunds. If this ever changes, we will state the change before you enter any credit card information. All credit card information is both address and zip code verified before charged.

How do I cancel my account?
Send an email to support@pictureshare.net. If we determine that a refund is in order, we will issue one to you. Keep in mind the Image Delivery Service is a lifetime subscription, so canceling it more than 30 days after purchasing the software will not result in a refund.

What account options are available?
You can change the following information:
- Email address
- First/Last Name
- Password
- Email confirmations
- PictureShare.net newsletter
- Group lists
Options not available at this time are:
- Changing PictureShare.net account name

Forget your login or password?
At the top left you'll see a login screen (or a logout button). At the bottom of the login screen, enter the email address you used when you created your PictureShare.net account and your account name and password will be emailed to that address.
If your email address has changed, please contact us using the Support Request Form.

What is the PictureShare.net Refund Policy?
A refund is allowed within 30 days of purchasing the PictureShare.net Wallpaper Manager. After that, no refund will be given. The Image Delivery Service is free with registration of the Wallpaper Manager.
