PictureShare.net utilizes Secure Sockets Layer, an advanced data encryption system used to ensure the security and confidentiality of information exchanged between your browser and the PictureShare.net e-commerce servers. All of your personal information (including credit card numbers) will be encrypted and then transmitted from your browser to our e-commerce systems securely. This information can only be unencrypted by PictureShare.net.
 

PictureShare.net Refund Policy
PictureShare.net will refund the purchase price, less shipping & handling, within 30 days of the purchase if the item does not perform as advertised, or is defective. Refunds for physical items will be authorized if you first contact our technical support staff and are issued an RMA number. You must prominently mark your packaging containing returned product with the RMA Number.

Any product received by PictureShare.net without an RMA# will be refused and returned.

Please mark clearly, in BOLD letters, on the outside of your package the RMA number. This will help us to expedite the RMA/refund process. Remember, packages that are received that do not comply with this process will be refused. RMA's that are not received within 30 business days from the date issued by PictureShare.net will not be credited.

Invoices
For on-line transactions, you can automatically view and print your receipt at the end of your purchase. You will also receive an e-mail which provides details about your purchase.

Retail Purchases
Refunds for retail purchases (any purchase not transacted through the PictureShare.net Web site) will be handled by the individual retailer. Please check your retailer's return policy before purchasing.
